Joan Alsina
Managing Partner ACCESO Corporate Partners
Joan holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the UPC and a Master in Business Administration from IESE. His professional experience has covered multiple situations faced by business: from Corporate Turnaround to Investing in high-growth companies (Venture Capital). In his almost 30 years of professional experience, he has had the opportunity to participate in more than 20 Boards of Directors. He founded ACCESO Corporate Partners in 2003. He loves sports, the sea and the mountains.
Gema Nolla
Managing Partner ARION Executive Search
Gema holds a degree in Industrial Psychology from the UAB and a Master in Human Resources Management from IDEC. Her professional career has been developed in Executive Search, Team Appraisal, Human Resources Consulting and Training, having had the opportunity to carry out more than 900 executive search processes and to evaluate more than 10,000 professionals. She joined the ACCESO Corporate Partners Group to lead ARION Executive Search in 2009. She likes sports and the sea.
Pablo Palao
M&A Analyst ACCESO Corporate Partners
Pablo holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Seville. He is CNMV-certified (Spain’s National Securities Market Commission) as a Financial Advisor in Portfolio Management. Prior to joining ACCESO Corporate Partners, he worked at Alter Capital Desarrollo SGEIC as an Investment Analyst. He has solid experience in financial analysis and business valuation, as well as in the preparation of investment memoranda for M&A transactions. Pablo is an avid sports fan, particularly of football, and enjoys watching his beloved Real Betis win. He also enjoys reading about finance and macroeconomics.
Mariana Rojo
M&A Analyst ACCESO Corporate Partners
Mariana holds a degree in Financial Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and a Master’s in Finance from IE Business School. She has completed Level II of the CFA Program. Prior to joining ACCESO Corporate Partners, she worked as a Financial Analyst at McCormick & Co. and in Citi’s Investment Banking Division. She has solid experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and strategic business analysis. She is also committed to social impact, actively participating in various volunteering programs. Her interests include traveling and outdoor running.
