A project of financing raise starts with a rigorous exercise of identifying the financial needs of the business. To do so, we need to understand the actual situation of the company and the future plans that it wants to deploy. After that we prepare a financial model, a projection of the company’s financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow).
