Based on a first definition draft of the Strategy, formulated by Senior Management, we guide the Management Team through a participative process focused on the analysis of all the areas of the company. The main objective is to fine-tune the strategy and understand the challenges that the organization will face in the execution of that strategy.

The outcome of this process will be a Strategy Map, a list of Strategic Action Plans and a methodology of Strategic Review, which must contribute to achieving the Strategic objectives that will have been set.
